Please Help Identify these Hallmarks

I am trying to identify these hallmarks and have hit a wall. I am beginning to believe they are not British. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

Can't identify the manufacturer, but I've seen those marks several times before, always on silverplated wares.

I would still love to find Maker, Country of origin, and date range if posible.
Pat, In your picture the stamp is inverted can you explain that? I know I am full of questions without answers but I do not have any at this point. Thanks again for your help.
