I have been trying to figure out where these were made and by whom but, quite unsuccessful. I just need some help indentifying the maker and year of items on photos I've enclosed.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Regards,
Reiner

Hi Reiner,
The marks are from Portugal. They indicate the second standard of 833/1000, Oporto assay, and were in use from 1886 until 1938.
Hopefully someone can identify the maker.
Regards Trev.

Hi Trev,
Thank you for all your research and information, I really appreciate your effort.
I just did more "research" but no more info were required besides that one mark contents a "wild boar head" ... I couldn't see it right before :-)

I believe the maker is António Moreira Marques, who registered this mark in 1898. My reference has no cancellation date for the mark, but I did find one reference that he was still active in 1912; certainly an upper date of 1937 for the pieces can be inferred from the boar's head.
