Help with two French maker's marks

Hello everyone,

I have a round French silver plate and large tray/platter that I'm having trouble identifying the makers for. I've searched the lists in the encyclopedia without finding them, so hope one of you experts can help me! I inherited these from my French grandmother and the crest on the tray we believe to be her family coat of arms, which I'm also trying to identify (separate post). I think the platter is solid silver - but not too sure about the round plate.

Here are the images for the tray/platter.

Thank you very much.

The first mark belongs to Pierre François Queillé
70 rue du Faubourg-Montmartre, Paris
N° de garantie : 3380
N° de préfecture : 3527
Symbol : an antique oar
Active from 1834 till 1846
His first successor was Eugène Queillé (1847-1895)
The second successor was Antoine Lapparra (1895-1902)
