Silver Filigree Buttons

Hi all: I have just joined the group but have been collecting silver jewelry and misc. hollow ware for over 25 years now!
I recently learned of this forum and would like to share these buttons with you. I have been informed that they are Zeeland buttons from the Netherlands. Unfortunately I cannot find any hallmarks but they do test silver and show the most amazing intricate filigree work. Can anyone add to their history? I believe they are pre-1900. Measurements are 1" in diameter and both together weigh 23.5 grams so they are quite substantial.

Thanks for any comments or info
