Your item was assayed at Chester in 1888, the maker was Frederick Sidney Banks of 41, Northampton Street, Birmingham.

The Chester office had thousands of manufacturers registered with them, but we only have a few examples shown at the moment. To gain further information is the very reason why we have the Forum.
