Help required deciphering hallmarks

Hi,
I have a small cream jug of 18thC style that has its hallmarks stamped to the base. Because of lack of room the hallmarks have overlapped each other. The date letter "a" is clear as is the lion passant, there looks at first glance to be an un-crowned leopards head, but this may be a crowned leopards head where the crown part of the punch has not struck. There is also part of a makers mark visible which looks like the top part of "TW".
I would welcome anybody elses thoughts on this.
Regards,
Martin.
