XXБ (cyrillic) mark & 925 Cubist / Deco Bracelet

I have an interesting mark for you and wonder wether you can identify it??
I bought this silver bracelet from a Russian lady (along with two Soviet gold rings which I had no problem identifying age factory ect.)
The bracelet stumps me - firstly as it is 925 and not 800 silver so I am not sure if it is Russian or from another Eastern European country.
The letters are Cyrillic XXБ (1909?) then there is 925 next to a symbol that looks like three fingers there is also another mark just before it which I can't make out.
The item looks Art Deco or Cubist even so it is possibly around the turn of the century
Any ideas?
