I've come into my possession the most unusual jewelry item, I haven't a clue what it is! Perhaps a watch fob chain? Except that there is no loop or bale to clip anything to it.
A solid 18K chain with a large stone/rock attached at the end. Marked "18K Italy" & a stylized cursive signature that looks like Paolo Jalla?
Any help identifying the purpose of this piece and/or designer is greatly appreciated!
