liberty and co question

Probably a stupid question
But I have a salt made by William hair haseler.
Was every thing he made, liberty & co Or just certain pieces.
The photograph this site uses to illustrate the liberty & co hallmark is the exact same item as mine but mines not hallmarked for liberty, just w h h
If any one can explain to me about this would be really grateful
