Tablespoon with the signature R.Lang

This is the first time I have EVER used any type of blog so please excuse my ignorance. Yesterday I found 2 spoons that I have no idea where I got and that are marked Metal, and under that, R. Lang in a rectangle with rounded corners, in the bowl of each spoon near the top. Also, across from this signature which is in a rectangle are the initials R & C 10 and the other spoon has a number 84. This looks like it is in a circle? with a rectangle with rounded corners around it. I know for sure I cannot get a picture of the signature stamps with my camera, but I think I could get a picture of the pattern.
Can anyone give me any info about these spoons. All I could find is that Richard Lang is the son of Jeffrey Lang and that Richard lived from 1733 to 1820 and was from Boston Ma.
These spoons are quite heavy - are they silver, coin silver, sterling silver or silverplate? These spoons are quite lovely. The pattern has a torch with wings near the bowl and something that kind of looks like a pineapple at the top. The larger spoon measures 10 1/4" and the other measures 8 5/8".
Again, any info you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nancy
Also, I have no idea how to post a picture if I need to. I live in the United States.
