1885 Spoons - Can you ID the maker?

Gorgeous little pair of spoons dated for 1885. Stamp is "830" and "?.J.", possibly "O.J." or "A.J." or "G.J." I think these are from Norway, but possibly they could be Danish. Very nicely made with lily of the valley embellishments and a twisted stem. Bowls are gilded and have that pale daffodil color that is so nice.
