Your images look blurred on my monitor, but from what I can see the 84 is not a Russian zolotnick mark but a silverplate quality mark. The number 84 refers to the number of grams of silver used to plate a dozen flatware sets (usually 12 each of forks and tablespoons). The third mark you show is probably the manufacturer — M&Co.? — Again the letters are not in the Cyrillic alphabet, so not Russian. Maybe someone with knowledge of silverplate marks can tell you who the manufacturer is.

Indeed it does appear to be the Parisian firm Ercuis.

Hello!, thanks for your comments!, the mark this unclear, they are not my photos, it is a product for sale on the website where it says that it is Russian, but I do not seemed Russian, very clear feedback, will almost certainly mark ercuis suggesting dognose, very successful!.Thank you!!
