A customer is trying to sell a chain mail purse. He says it is Silver (most likely Russian); however, I can't find anything like its hallmark. Is this Russian?

hello!!, is a polonian silvermark, 3 for silver 873, and W for Warsaw, post-1920.

sorry, 3 for silver 875, not 873!!

Marks identified,correctly.The chain is too short;are the links soldered? If not,several links are most probably lost.On the other hand,one cannot tell the size of the purse;if small it is worn as a pendant and then it is OK,but if bigger the chain is really too short.
