Franz Bahner pattern pre wwII

Post by elaines »

We've had this set since WWII and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it? I think it is Franz Bahner but that's all I know.
Thanks for any help!

Now that I look at this again, maybe it isn't Bahner - it looks like one of the unidentified marks with the M over the two hammers.

Hello, that is Bahner's "Mansfeld" pattern No. 18500. Probably on the market since the second half of the 1930ies. Best wishes, Bahner
