Plz help..any info on silver bracelet

I purchased this bracelet several years ago & every now & then I pull it out just to wonder who made it! The only markings... SILVER. The picture I've attached shows the bracelet, the tag that was attached & the inside of the box it was in when I received it in the mail. I can't swear that all three belong together or if they were combined before the sale in 2006 when I purchased it. However, any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I need a better picture please let me know! Thanks
