HELP NEEDED WITH UNKNOWN MARK ON A TANKARD

Hi to all im hopping some one can help with the markings on this tankard.
I would love to know what country its from and its age also im having problems
telling wether its solid silver or plated.

it is silverplate (Electro Plate) made by James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield 1806-1992.

OK done some research on the info silverfan provided. It seems this item was made between 1823 and 1835
can any one comfirm this, sorry for being a pain im an amiture as i guess you can tell lol.

Welcome to the Forum.

Dixons registered their 'Trumpet' trade mark in 1879, so your item was made after that date.

So i now have a possible start date is there anyway of me finding out from the hallmarks the dates
this item was made for example made between 1879-1920.
