help with Sterling hallmark - looked everywhere!

hi, first time at the forum ;) I love researching hallmarks and have used three different sites to find this one, but to no avail. This is a sterling stamp holder, unknown period. Hard hallmark because it has not recognizable letters or symbols.

I also can't get my photos to load directly from Picasa into this post (error message says "it was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image)...only links
