I found this in the cellar of an old house I lived in. Looks like maybe it's silver plate or aluminum, and seems to be hand made. The round beads in the first picture are not really consistant and the clasp seems old. Out of sheer curiosity, I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about this...age? type? Thank you all ahead of time...

It's from India, around the 1980's, an alloy or very low grade silver, sold in quantity at ethnic stores and the like.
