Hi,
If you gently clean up the two marks the two marks either side of the '800' mark, and let us know the detail contained within them we may be able to help.
Also what is the name under 'lavorazione'?

Most probably the writing is
LAVORAZIONE A MANO (hand made)
The maker mark is the type after 1971, but it's impossible to read.
