Hi Deny,

Welcome to the forum. Solid silver not silver plated and I believe it to be made in Poland. Check; http://www.925-1000.com/Fpoland_marks_1.html
3 stands for .800 fineness (80% pure silver) & W for Warsaw assay office.
AB will be the intitials of the maker or maker's mark perhaps others could tell you more.

Oel.

This Polish hallmark was used 1920-1931. It is the first standard hallmark after Poland's independence in 1918. The maker could be Aleksander Bugajewski 1925-1939 in Warsaw but the shield in Bugajewski's mark is oval and here rectangular, so I'm not absolutely sure about him. Maybe there are better suggestions?
