Makers mark "TA" on Austrian silver chalice?

Hi,
I need help with a makers mark "TA" on a silver chalice (?).
From the other stamps I know it's a Viennese piece from 18?6, 13 loths (812.5/1000).
I also believe that the two stamps in the middle means that it was re-marked in Poland (Warsaw) after 1963.
What I don't know is who made it and when (since one number is gone). Can anyone help me?

Thanks,
Michaela

Thomas Albrecht, possibly? The date would then have to be 1816.
