Help identify vintage handmade bib necklace

I found this necklace at an estate sale. I would really like to find out the artist and approximate time period of the piece. Did the artist produce any more? The mark is so tiny and on a small tag on the piece I am unable to photograph the mark. I wrote out the mark as best I could and am including it.
