Kiel, Germany, in the northern Schleswig-Holstein region which has a shared history with Denmark. The maker is Jürgen Weiss (1802-1844). He was both married and received citizenship in 1828, which generally coincided with the beginning of a silversmith's career.
Hope this helps!
