French Silversmith QA

Could anyone help please I have looked high and low for the French silversmith with the initials QA with a horses head. It is a chateline clip. It is definately silver as it does have the head of minerve 1st title stamp.

I found the reply to your question
Charles Quantin, so- called Quantin the father, was a french jeweller in Niort. He started working in 1849. After getting married with Marie Ursule Aubineau, they founded the society Quantin-Aubineau in 1858.
