FYI; on the Mexico Hallmarks page under Individual Vintage Mexican Makers Marks C-L listed as "unknown" is JF in addition "enamels derivative of Margot"
IDENTIFIED: JF is "Jose Federico" of Taxco
He is known for his Guilloche/Enamel pieces.
"JF", Jose Federico, the Mexican silver enamelist following into Margot de Taxco's footsteps.
Though Federico is not mentioned to my knowledge in any of the classic reference books on vintage Mexican silver jewelry there is one exception; the work of Leslie Pina (Mexican Silver Jewelry Details, see p. 8-9).
I recently acquired a couple of Jose Federico's Enamel Brooches/Pins, the Matador and a Tribal Warrior with full head dress!
Each piece is Hallmarked in 4 places as follows;
JF
925
Sterling Hecho en Mexico (in circle)
Eagle Stamp with #3

I hope this is helpful!
