Help with identifying 'Melda 900 Special' on Teapot

Come agree a teapot with the following hallmark, from research Melda is a silver manufacturer from Turkey, but not sure whether it's silver or silver plated or coin silver, and would appreciated if someone give me the estimate of the year it was made, thansk

900 normally means the article is solid silver (not plated) with a purity of 900 grams of silver per 1000 grams of metal (i.e., with 100 grams of impurities). In other words, 90% pure silver. In the U.S., coin silver is 900 (90% silver and 10% copper), though coins from other nations can be as low as 750 and with other impurities. Sterling is 925 (92.5% pure).
