M. Oppenheim sterling spoons

I'm just guessing that my set of 12 spoons are British, but after searching & searching, I can find no information. The marks are a lion (facing right, not left), an anchor & I can't figure out the third one. There is a "D" in a circle to the left of the three marks, the word "sterling" and the name M. Oppenheim. They are not heavy like my heirloom sterling. Can you tell me anything about them?

How do I upload a photo?

That appears to have been made by Gorham and M. Oppenheim is a retailer's mark

Yes, indeed, that's it! Not British, American. It could be either of the last two on your link, but I see that it is the Newcastle pattern, which apparently was introduced in 1895.

Thank-you so very much!

Moses J Oppenheim who is listed in the 1900 census for Baltimore, Maryland as a jewelry wholesaler is the closest that I can come to a match for the retailer of your spoons.
