Saucer unknown maker?

This saucer looks late 19th century to me. Minerva is pretty clear, but I can't find a maker's mark that matches this one.

The maker's mark belongs to Pierre François Quiellé, 70 rue du Faubourg-Montmartre, Paris.
Active from 1834 until 1846
N° de garantie : 3380
N° de préfecture : 3527
Symbol : an antique oar
Sucessor 1 : Eugène Queillé (1847-1895)
Successor 2 : Antoine Lapparra (1895-1902)
