Spoons, Chinese silverplated? Asian?

Hi,

Could anybody tell me what the marks/stamps are on these spoons?
Is it Chinese? Japanese? Vietnamese?

What kind of spoons are they? They look too big for tea spoons. (Bowl of spoon is pretty big.)

This is one of 6 spoons in a gift box and not every spoon has the marks evenly/visibly stamped.
The flat wooden box with velvet interior has no writings either.

I thought it be Chinese silver plated and probably mass produced.
I hopefully posted this in the right topic.

Thanks in advance.
Cath:-)

Hi Cath,

The marks are the Gothic letters 'EPNS' (Electro Plated Nickel Silver) and 'P.B'. I'm not sure who the maker was, but Pinder Brothers of Sheffied is a possibility, but offered only as that.

Thanks Trev, for your quick response!
I thought they would make better spoons in Sheffield.. as these are not so well made. :D
Now you pointed it out, it's obviously epns and not some Chinese.

Thanks again!
