Reversed lion passant in 925-1000.com logo and head in circl

Can any one tell me more about this hallmark? I have a silver serving plate bearing the reversed lion passant with a number 2 Also the same head mark in a circle and the capital A in a circle the makers mark looks like a cresent moon on its back with a dot on each side and the letters V K underneath.
Any help would be welcome.
