Swiss (?) Hallmarks

I have not been able to find any match to the hallmarks on this piece. I don't have any idea of date - other then possibly before 1920 (although that is really just a guess). I have found a similar Bear Rampant indicating Bern, Switzerland, however the shape of the shield does not match any hallmarks I have found thus far. The profile and bird are a mystery. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much for the info, Oel. I found some pics of other Pochen & Freres pieces and they have a similar aesthetic, and the dates fit with what I know about the piece.
