If you look on the helmet of the soldier's head there should be a number. This is often worn off, but without that number it is very difficult to determine the department or maker.
If you use Google translate, it might help you to be understood better. Or you can write me a private note in French and I will post it in English. Unfortunately writing in French will limit the quantity and quality of the answers.

The knife maker worked in the department of Vienne, Nr 50 (Châtellerault or Poitiers). The medium guarantee mark (man's head facing right) was used during the period 1809-1819. However I also saw pictures of knifes of the same maker with marks for the period 1819-1838.
Sorry but I have no more details regarding the maker.
