Hallmark - Head with Crown facing left?

Hello, my first time post to the community. I am hoping you can assist.

These marks are on an egg cup. The round stamp in the foot of the cup is of what appears to be a female monarch with a crown, facing left. The top marks are well worn so I wont speculate to their meaning.

Does anyone have any suggestions to the provinence of this cup?

Hi David,

Welcome to the Forum.

I can't see your mark image too clearly, but is this the mark?

Is so, then the origin of the piece is Latvia.

Hi Trev, I think you got mate! Thank you very much.

4 beads on crown, beads on collar and the way the hair is by the ears... thats the one.

Now I will to try to date it.

Using the sites glossary I'd describe it as having Applique cartouche with floreated decoration. Beaded band below rim.

Hi David,

I should have stated the origin of the mark, rather than the piece, is Latvian. However this may be an additional mark that was applied later.

As Latvia has a troubled past, if you can post a better image of the other mark, it may reveal more.
