The silversmith's mark belongs to Jean-Baptiste-Simon Lefranc.
Active at 11 cour Lamoignon, Paris. Mark entered 1798-1799.
N° de préfecture : 225
N° de garantie : 161
Symbol : a mug
Bearded man's head : fineness mark for .950 silver (Paris-1819-1838)
Woman's head facing left : large guarantee mark for Paris (1819-1838)
Countermarks : large bigorne or beak-iron (1819-1838) (Pantatome, Saperde and grasshopper)

Hello again,
I forgot to mention the woman's head with the letter P at her left :
mark used by the Association of Gold & Silversmiths in Paris during the period 1793-1794, which however had no value as guarantee.
