someone showed me this napkin ring recently, but I can't figure out the hallmark.

Anyone got any ideas?

Also, how do I directly upload images? All I could do was to do a link. Using the 'Img' button just gave me an error.

I'm not sure what difficulty you are having uploading images, but your links open without any problem.

The hallmarks look Persian / Iranian.
