HELP WITH THIS PERSIAN SUGAR BOWL PLEASE

Hello guys,
Can anyone help me understand the marks here.I find it realy hard since i don't read Persian\Farsi.
I know there is one mark for maker, one mark for purity and another one which i don't know anything about.
Age? Maker? Anything else? :)
