Help with marks on napkin ring

Hi all!
I am sure this napkin ring is from Netherlands, but i don't know the town, year and who is maker. I will be grateful for any help.

Hi,
Yes, N crowned above 10 for: Niekerk, Grooth, in Gouden en Zilveren Werken formerly known as; Firm brothers J. Niekerk b.v./n.v.
This particular makers' mark used 1970- till 1997, registered in the city of Schoonhoven.
Sword mark; standard mark for; small work silver minimum 835 fineness= 83.5% pure silver ( or 925 if indicated) and used on small work without date letter and office mark and in combination with maker’s mark. For more information see:
