Liberty & Co Cymric Vase

I acquired this vase a few days ago. It's approximately 12cm tall with it's base 12cm in diameter. Unfortunately it has sustained minor damage. Amongst the backstamps are the numbers 54/5000. I have a few questions regarding this piece and the Archibald Knox silver market. If anything is inappropriate, please let me know and I'll delete.
1) How rare is this and how often are vases discovered?
2) There is another example on the internet but I cannot access any information on it. The title refers to it as Archibald Knox. Is this correct?
3) Can someone please explain the numbers. I would imagine 1 of them is the shape number.
4) Should it be restored?

Good Day,

If you look here in the general index at "Museum Exhibitions - Temporary" there is a 2014 Archibald Knox exhibition listed with a further link there to the Archibald Knox Society. They may be able to assist.

Good luck in your search.
