Russian (Faberge ?) Horse Head stick pin

Hi, Im trying to find out more about my gold horse head pin. It has 4 hallmarks. The first I understand means 14kt gold and made in St Peterburg prior to 1899. The second is two initials. I think they say T R ? Next is a blurred symbol and finally another single letter which I read as an R. If anyone can advise me further on these hallmarks I would be most appreciative. The pin is 7.5 cms long and weigh 5 grams. Many thanks.
