The uploaded photos make it very difficult to say much more than that one of the marks looks like a Chinese silver mark.
I might be able to say more if you could upload a cropped, close-up photograph of the marks in the proper orientation. The number "78" should be upright, then the Chinese characters will also be in the proper orientation.
There are over 100,000 different Chinese characters and many of them look nearly identical, so it is really crucial to have better photos.
