Maybe someone can help me identify the markings on this sterling silver fountain pen / ink well. the top # is 925 & one of the 4 hallmarks is a scale with 925 in the center ....the other 3 ????

Unfortunately, your photo of the marks is not to clear, but the scales mark is English silver convention marks.

Is that a leopard head beside the scales mark, if so, that is for London, the rest I cannot make out.

If you can get a clearer photo using the macro feature on your camera (flower symbol) then post it, it would help.

The scales mark is not purely English, or even British. It is the mark of the Hallmarking Convention, an international organisation comprising mainly European states. Further information, including details of the members, can be found here.

It's Portuguese, but without sharper images it would be difficult to say more.

Reading through the link that silvermakersmarks provided, would it be safe to ascertain that even though created in an antique style, this pen and inkwell are of post 1975 production?
