These photos are better, but not good enough for me to make out the third Chinese character.

Here is what I see:
原 (?) 天 寳

In the circle is probably the chop of the silver master: 徳

What follows is by no means an exhaustive list, just some likely candidates to the (?) character I cannot make out. Perhaps the OP can tell me if any of the characters below are exact matches:

1. 蓑

2. 裹

3. 衰

4. 裏

5. æƒ

6. 慧

7. 萋

8. 裛

Or perhaps someone who has seen this mark before will recognize it.

Regards,

DR

Regardless thank you....the other cups in collection are not nearly as clear
Posting photos of a teapot shortly by likely the same maker as decorative embellishments are identical.

The first character is 原, name of the branch.

Followed by 裘天寶 (Qiu Tian Bao) who was one of the nine most reputable jewelry dealers in Shanghai.

The last character 德 is possibly name of the silversmith.

Hope this helps.
