Need help identifying mark

Please forgive me if this isn't sterling but I'm unfamiliar with this mark to know whether it is plate or not.

I believe this mark could be from the Russian region...but could be wrong.

The mark comes from a spoon originating from an Armenian.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - many thanks in advance.

Hi,

It's a Soviet piece, made at the Shevchenko factory in the Ukraine. MHU refers to the alloy that they are made of, copper, nickel, and zinc.

The 1-15 indicates the set price of 1 Ruble - 15 Kopecks for the item.
