Marks on a plated double bowl

Hello and thanks for your expertise.
I've been all through the makers marks and haven't been able to find anything quite like my marks so I'm hoping for some help.
I'm assuming the EP mark stands for electro plated, the mark next to that looks like perhaps a harp or some letter, but the letter doesn't match the D & S that follows. There is a Davis & Sons out of Glasgow in the mark library, but it is different and doesn't include the bugle, so I'm here looking for guidance. Thanks, Winston.
