18th century spoon - Utrecht

Hi - would appreciate any help identifying maker and date of this 18th century tablespoon. I think it is for Utrecht and that for some reason the town mark is stamped twice. The date letter looks like a capital K. There is also a crowned o. Could this be a tax mark? The Maker's mark looks like a seated lamb - or possibly a dog. Many thanks Frank
