After reviewing "World Hallmarks" the closest I could come to these marks was the Netherlands. Can someone verify or correct me? Also any idea of the date? I couldn't find any letters with a crown over them. Thank you so much for your help.

A little mistake:
the name has to be: Gregorius van der Toorn

Hi,

The only thing, so far I can add; city mark a Stork in a crowned shield (2), the silver guild city mark of The Hague. G.T in oval cartouche the maker’s mark for: Gregorius van der Toorn II (2nd), registered in The Hague 1738-1768. The lion rampant in a crowned shield (3), the province of Holland silver standard mark; 1st standard or silver fineness minimum 934/1000. And The Hague date letter T crowned for the year 1765 (1)

It looks like a Gregorius van den Toorn II has been registered in Delft from 1793-1811

Although I believe this to be a mistake because our Gregorius van der Toorn died June 10th 1771, needs further investigation.

Best,

Oel.
