Help With A Mexican Makers Mark Requested

Hello,
I hope this post finds everyone well. I'm trying to identify the maker of this handmade piece with no success (and have gone through all of the makers identified on this site.)
Can anyone be kind enough to look at the images and see if they can identify the maker? It appears to be a rare piece.
Also of note is that it's marked sterling but then what looks like the word "plat" (or plate?) is marked underneath it as well which would obviously be conflicting.
Any insight appreciated as this is a very important project for me.
