I have a vintage sterling silver brooch with acorn leaves. Signed "Hand-Made Sterling" with a shield mark or stylized letter & "KS". Can anyone identify this maker? I'm assuming it's American but not 100% sure.
Thank you!

Re: Maker of Sterling Silver Brooch
Hi,
I've seen this mark a handful of times on Arts & Crafts handwrought silver jewelry. The usual attribution is to the 'Odd Krafters Shop', with location listed as either Boston or Chicago, first quarter 20th century.
Does anyone know if they received mention in Darling's "Chicago Silversmiths"? I don't recall having seen any documentary info regarding them.
Regards, Tom
