Help with Birmingham Sterling Maker mark.

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could help me Identify the maker? From what I know it's dated to 1899, becuase of the Z. Any information wood be appreciate it greatly. Thanks

That is correct Brimingham date letter Z for 1899. The IS over G is IS Greenberg & Co Isreal Sigmund Greenberg, Federick Street Birmingham.
