Colonial Cutlery c.1760

This set of cutlery has me stumped.
Probably c.1760 with some unusual features, including a little rat-tail on the fork, that should make it easier to identify. The monogram is also distinctive.
The maker's mark is GC or CC or CG, and the other mark is indistinct.
